1. Contract Formation
A legally binding contract is formed when the customer completes the checkout process and pays for their order on our website.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal (including SEPA payments)
- WooPayments / Stripe (Credit Cards, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using DHL, Hermes, and DPD. Typical delivery time is approximately 3 working days. Shipping is free of charge for customers.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers can contact us to cancel or modify their order before it has been shipped.
5. Withdrawal / Return Policy
Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right according to our Widerrufsbelehrung. This allows returns of items for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
6. Warranty / Liability
We provide statutory warranty rights in accordance with German law. This includes remedies for defective or incorrect items.
