Return Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • All clothing items, including sale and discounted items, are eligible for return.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unwashed and unused
  • Free from perfume or other alterations
  • Original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return

Submission

Customers may submit a return request via our website portal or by emailing support@streetethic.de.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is not required, as all invoices are maintained in our system.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, for both returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange for different sizes or replacement items.
  • Customers are responsible for 50% of the shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
  • Exchange processing time may vary depending on location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will resend a replacement item at no extra cost.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery.

Compensation Vouchers

  • For minor inconveniences such as delays or small issues, we may issue a discount voucher redeemable on our website.
  • Voucher terms and expiry will be communicated via email.
